Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Work closely with supervisors to monitor & improve work processes and to ensure workplace cleanliness, order & safety compliance
• Perform various administrative duties & paperwork

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant service experience preferred
• Diploma/GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ , ‘A’ level/ITE in any discipline
• Able to converse in English. Knowledge of a second language or dialect is an advantage
• Basic computer skills
