A: Firstly, you can click on the link "Post Ad" on the top right hand corner of the site. Then you select the category in which your ad belongs to. Next, you type in the required details for your ad. Lastly, check your email and click on the verification link to activate the ad.
Q: How can I edit/delete my posted ad?
A: You can do so by clicking on the link sent to you when you first post an ad. Alternatively, you can also login to your account and edit/delete the ad.
Q: Why have I not received any email with the verification link for me to activate my ad?
A: Please check your junk folder as the email could be in the junk folder. If you still did not receive any email from us, please contact us with your title of ad and the category which your ad is under.
Q: How can I contact the poster of the ad?
A: You can see their email address and contact numbers just below the description of the ad.
Q: Where can I make my suggestion to improve Star Ads?
A: You can do so by contacting us with a subject, "Suggestion". We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: How do I report a bug that I encountered at Star Ads?
